The Role
We are expanding our site operations and are looking for motivated, licensed 309A Electricians to join our field execution team on a project-by-project basis. You will be responsible for executing specific electrical scopes across various commercial, industrial, and residential job sites in the GTA, and will report to the Project Manager.
Responsibilities
Execute electrical wiring, panel upgrades, troubleshooting, and system terminations safely and efficiently.
Work collaboratively with our on-site leadership team to ensure seamless multi-trade coordination and project delivery.
Ensure all executed work complies strictly with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials utilized on site.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid 309A Construction & Maintenance Electrician license in Ontario (Newly licensed journeypersons are encouraged to apply).
Strong technical skills and a dedication to high-quality craftsmanship.
Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to reliable transportation to travel to various project sites.
Equipped with standard personal hand tools, diagnostic meters, and required safety gear.

Working alongside our site leadership, you will be responsible for executing specific plumbing scopes across various commercial, industrial, and residential job sites in the GTA, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping in strict accordance with the Ontario Building Code and local safety standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute project plans accurately on site.
Work collaboratively with our on-site leadership team to ensure seamless multi-trade coordination and timely project delivery.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, inspections completed, and materials utilized on site.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Journeyperson Plumber certification/license in Ontario (Newly licensed journeypersons are highly encouraged to apply).
Strong technical skills and a dedication to high-quality craftsmanship in water, drainage, and vent systems.
Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to reliable transportation to travel to various project sites.
Equipped with standard personal hand tools and required safety gear for the trade.

The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Field Operations Manager to oversee on-the-ground logistics and manage our site execution teams. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our network of licensed skilled trades, ensuring that materials, schedules, and site requirements are perfectly aligned for flawless project delivery. You will directly report to the Project Manager, taking high-level operational strategies and translating them into efficient daily workflows.
Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with our internal administrative team to continuously evaluate site performance, provide feedback, and help develop new tools and processes to simplify and optimize operations.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day on-site logistics, ensuring licensed subcontractors have the necessary materials, equipment, and scheduling clarity to execute their scopes of work.
Implement and enforce the overarching operational structures and standards established by the corporate leadership team.
Serve as the primary field liaison between the administrative office and the active job sites.
Identify operational friction points on the ground and report back to administration to assist in the development of new management tools and process improvements.
Monitor site progress, enforce safety and compliance standards, and ensure projects remain on schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in construction management, field operations, or site logistics within the commercial, industrial, or residential sectors.
Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) workflows and how to effectively coordinate multiple trades on a single site.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate strategic plans into actionable site tasks.
Tech-savvy and highly adaptable; comfortable providing feedback to help design and implement new digital management tools.
Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to reliable transportation to travel between various project sites across the GTA.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong dedication to continuous improvement.
